Is region free wii in hacks.ini sorted for games like ntsc-j DKJB or ntsc-J T vs Tatsunoko vs capcom generations?

Just checking through it now and noticed the hacks.ini is updated for preloader 0.28, but softmii 2.0.1 descript doesnt mention any updated features in hacks.ini.

The directions still suck and need fixed. This should of been a priority before release.

For example.

9) Go into Home Brew Channel Once More And Run "Custom WadManager"

Sounds ok, till you load up the homebrew channel and no such thing exist. There is
#1 Wad Manager
#9 WadManager IOS16

So what is a n00b supposed to do? Guess and risk bricking? Clean up these instructions....

I know what it was meant to be. I can tell just by looking at the app folder and meta files. But not everyone will do that. Point is, the instructions need cleaned up.
Edit: I am manually fixing these directions a bit. Will upload if anyone wants them.

Missing stuff. No mention of needing to press 1, to install Preloader. No mention "#7 Hack Remover". This needs to be run if you previously had preloader installed. It removes the old hack.ini.
