I believe a new one is not available yet, and even so it's not a permanent solution. I would suggest trying to get a used 2ds and dumping the seed for online if you care that much about online usage

I'm using that public seed as well and it's 100% not banned. If you're talking about Seed 1 from "UnbanMii" then, yeah not banned at all.

Well don't know where they got that one then, I just injected the one from unabnmii again just to test and it's still not banned. So I dunno where your "donor" got theirs.

Can't you trade in person? or if you want to you can create a tunnel with something like Hamachi and trade over wifi.

So I've got a seed... but I'm on Luma8 and B9S... so my previous Decrypt9 shortcut won't work... How else do I enter Decrypt9 on 11.4?

Download the latest version of Decrypt9 and put the firm file into your payloads folder. Or, you could just use GodMode9 like everyone else.
