the catch is that is has a poor T3200 entry level processor with very little cache, horrid video card that WILL choke up on N64 emulation... and its an Acer which is known for 2nd and 3rd tier parts
the price is right for a med-high entry netbook... its the brand your buying and quality of parts not the capacity and specs. You can have super fast RAM and processor but if its not properly cooled it will be dead within 6 months.
you get what you pay, your getting a kick ass netbook for a good price in terms of performance. no question there. $400 for a well spec'd netbook seems reasonable but there's always a reason
