Hacking So I uninstalled my IOS60 using WadManager (Silly Me)

Nothing is going to work, since the System menu can't find IOS60, It will not boot at all. Savemiifrii and booting ANY disk requires the system menu/IOS to initiate the process. Right now, the last thing that boots successfully is Boot2, which can't open games, so you're going to have to send it to the BigN.

Without a toold to flash the nand chip and a backup of your Nand flash as well as all your keys You are in the simplest Terms FUCKED!
 
I did the same think on firmware 3.2E but I had preloader installed and that still didnt stop the low level brick.

So, preloader is ok if you corrupt for system but if you delete it then preloader still doesnt work.

No boot disk will work as it first looks for the system and as its not there it cant boot.
Whats the first thing you see when you go into revovery mode? The system version number. IF there is no system, it cant determine the version number so it does nothing. Doent matter what disc is in the drive it wont boot anything.

I think when you remove the system menu IOS it removes everything in that block so preloader also gets deleted. Ever noticed when you reinstall the system menu IOS that preloader is gone?

If anyone does find a way to restore a low level brick then I'll be very glad to hear how but so far I cant find a way except for a replacement motherboard. Thats what I did and this is why I'm having so many problems getting the WiiSpeak channel to work again. NintenDOH refuse to replace keys if they didnt fix the system and tell me to buy a new wiispeak. bastards!
 
I'm calling up Big N today.. Might as well get it replaced since theres nothing that can be done about these low level bricks without any backup NAND or keys... Thanks guys for all your help.. ;-)
 
Well if you have the know to wire a NAND flasher to your wii you could wait for BootMii.
AFAIK you don't need any NAND keys to flash BootMii to your NAND because it is written "outside" of the filesystem normal wii software/IOS sees..
 
A friend of mine has the same problem (IOS60 deleted and low level brick).
Since he has saved its NAND with WiiNd 2.0, as well as his AES key, he is ordering an infectus.

BUT, beside all these precautions, I read on the Spanish scene that the dump will not work because the ECC signatures have not been dumped (it seems only YAWND or infectus chip itself can make such a backup ).

Can anyone confirm this?
If so, is there any flow Rebuilder to generate these ECC datas from a nand-dump.img file (like PS3)?
