What exactly are you referring to? Stable was the only one working for a bit so that wasn't misinformation.

Steelhax does NOT work on OFW 11.2. I have done some tests yesterday and I wasn't able to get it to work with CFW patches disabled. It only works for CFW users, because CFW's use a different loader, so PASLR is not an issue. stickerhax installer is broken too, but the stickerhax itself works. Every other homebrew exploit is unaffected. Apperantly, 11.2 also patched a vulnerability that supposedly was going to allow 11.0+ downgrading. So people that are interested in downgrading their 3DS probably shouldn't update either.
