Hacking Sniffing 3ds connection

Hi, for first, sorry for my english, i am french.

Why we can't sniffing connection when 3ds make update for dumping firmware or application and maybe injecting application like ps3proxy server work http://www.ps3news.com/forums/playstation-3-psn-news/all-new-ps3-store-links-thread-64977-post172825.html#post172825.

The 3DS won't run anything that's not signed.

No matter how data is fed to it, the 3DS will not run it if it does not have the signatures from Nintendo.
