Snes9x Unable to load slot

Hi every body, when I try to load a slot I get this message "Oops. Unable to load slot x !" but when I save I get "Slot x save completed"
So I dont understand the save is completed but the load is unable, can anyone help me please ?
I use a new 2ds xl.
