Homebrew Snes9x audio help.

Hey guys, I'm new to the hacking scene so I need a lot of help. I downloaded homebrew on my Wii U (not vWii) and I downloaded the emulator Snes9x from the App Store. The emulator works great in terms of actually playing the game but there is no audio at all. Can someone help me. If this helps, the emulator appears to be a build of Retroarch.

you have to enable the audio in the drivers section.. switch to AX (i think its called)

I already tried that... I did screw around with some other settings in vain attempt to get it to work... things like mH and stuff like that. Did that screw it up?
EDIT: I deleted and redownloaded the emulator and when I changed the driver it worked! Thanks for the help!
