Hacking SNES emulator question

Any chance that the future releases of a snes emulator maybe have online play? I know it does on the pc so what about the wii.

probably not, but that would be awesome. i think we are lucky enough with what we've got.

if it was doable on the pc then it may be able to be done on wii... ask the programmers very nicely and maybe they will code it into the next release
