I can't find a working Snes emulator for my Acekard 2i for Ds Lite.

these are your only choices:

snesDS 0.6a
SNEmulDS 0.6 wip2
SnezziDS 0.25

none of them are going to give you a perfect experience. snemulds is probably the best choice but be prepared for non-supported roms and spending time toying with the graphic layering options.

if you happen to own an ez flash 3in1 or another slot-2 flash kit for your ds lite, then you can try some of the gba solutions as well.

these topics should help you further research that:

Zipped files don't work on a snes emulator, make sure they are unzipped.
I recomend using snemulds it works really well.
If your trying to play super Mario kart and certain other games, they won't work at all.
Look up a snemulds compatability list to find out what games you can play.

EDIT: I use my snemulds on my acekard 2i so I know from experience.

I'm trying to run Super Mario all stars, and Lttp, which are both compatible and unzipped into my rom folder for my Snes roms.

No roms are appearing at all.

if you are using snemulds then the roms must be in a folder named "SNES". that folder must be in the root directory. also in the root direction should be the "snemul.cfg" file.

What exactly do you mean by root directory?

On the root of the sd card, I have a folder named Snes Emulator, within that folder, I have 000SNSmuIDS.nds, the readme, and snesmul which is the .CFG

Do i place the .CFG in the folder with my roms?

Got it to work! I put the .CFG into the rom folder named SNES, then the roms appeared when I started the emulator. Thanks everyone.

@SylverReZ, I dislike the kind of drm where you have to play single player games online all the time bc of some verification bs

@Xdqwerty, Don't use games that have Easy Anti-Cheat as its been exploited many times.

@SylverReZ, I also heard one of the Prince of Persia games was so unfinished that it required the "24/7 online" drm so a puzzle could be done and the game could be finished. And that when the Ubisoft servers were closed the (cracked) game was impossible to finish or something like that
  • SylverReZ @ SylverReZ:
@Xdqwerty, That's extra scummy. Ubisoft nowadays ship out incomplete games like Skull and Bones which was being worked on for nearly a decade now.

@SylverReZ, i think they have been doing that since late 2000s

Either that or their old games were unfinished aswell but we can't notice it

I like that games can be fixed after the fact, hate that it's being abused via beta tests... And DLC... I was a 7800 owner back in the day and loved Impossible Mission, turns out I couldn't beat it because it was actually impossible lol
  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
I never knew about it at the time but a fixed version was available but you had to mail in your broken copy lol
  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
So that version is semi rare
