Keep in mind that emulators like ZSNES and SNES9X go for overall compatibility and performance for the most popular titles, whilst BSNES will go for 100% accuracy.

Both Snes9x and Bsnes use hardware-accurate sound emulation, Zsnes is a millennium behind both in terms of S-SMP accuracy. But like Snes9x, Zsnes also focuses on performance.

how about nes?

There's so many new NES bootleg/pirate games made almost daily in china that there's always going to be some new mapper or what not found to add, most notably on CaHe3 or something's FCEU.

SNES, on the other hand, hasn't had completely new pirates in years, which is surely part of why it actually had a chance for completion in emulation.

this is being built from a nearly complete beta from the 90s that has already been found, dumped, and made compatible with SNES9x. I sincerely doubt any finishing touches on the polish-up will include adding brand spanking new mappers.

bsnes seems to lag only the slightest when playing super bomberman 2. But it comes with cheats built in so I couldn't be happier.

I'm totally clueless with Shougi, but I can hold my own in Igo (that one that looks like Othello).

also, i guess this was mostly done for achievement, am i correct? i suppose that's all well and good... i just wish the SNES emulation on portables was anywhere near. ^_^

Talking about bsnes, I still haven't been able to get it working on Ubuntu 11.10.

>Couldn't be happier
What if he removed the lag?

I'd get giddy and collapse from happiness.
Which is happier
So your statement that you couldn't be happier = false
