Gaming Smurfs black screen

Smurfs Dance Party is freezing on black screen, It was working before but not now settings are all on USB Loader GX:

video mode is disc default,
vid patch is off,
sneak vid patch off,
country strings is off,
ocarina is off,
ios is 249 base 56 v21 i think as i just reinstalled that wad,
return to off,
oo2 fix anti,
Alt Dol is off
Block ios is on,
game lock off.

This problem is being caused by one of the following:

- You've downloaded/ripped/burned a bad iso
- Your USB device doesn't work with the loader
-The iso isn't compatible with the emulator (example: DIOS-MIOS, or Devolution)
- If you're using Devolution, and it just sits at a black screen, try inserting the original retail disc of Smurfs Dance Party, as Devolution is an Anti-Pirate emulator.
- You're using a bad version of DIOS-MIOS/Lite (If you're using it)
- You're using a USB device, with DIOS-MIOS Lite. Note: USB: Dios-Mios, SD- Dios-Mios Lite. DM: USB only, DML: SD only.
- if you're using one, you're SD card isn't compatible with the loader.
