ROM Hack Suggestion SMT 3 HD remaster possible 60FPS patch?

I have been giving it some thought lately.
Given the fact that it's forged with unreal engine 4 like bloodstained, the witcher and some other games I don't think it's to difficult to pull it off.
And hey if the switch can handle the Witcher at 60fps it nocturne would be a piece of cake.

@masagrator what do you think of this?
Are you able to create some custom patches?

SMT3HD is Unity, SMTV is Unreal Engine 4.
