Gaming SmileBASIC program help

I have been trying to use a GOTO in a DEF command, but it won't work. HELP!
E.X.

DEF FUNCTION
GOTO @tag
END

 

[CyberYoshi64]

DEF FUNCTION
GOTO "(slot):@TAG"
END

GOTOing without the (slot): will let the command search for the label between DEF and END but of course, there is nothing but the GOTO.
