Is this something Nintendo plans to implement on all future discs, or just something seen on the big-hit titles so far? I've heard of the same copy protection on BWii 2, but not from validated sources. I'm just wondering if this will become a bigger problem as time goes on, or if it's just for select titles.

right now it's just SMG that uses the protection no one knows whether or not it will be applied to future titles, or whether ninty will apply further protection which will need to be cracked.

SMG protection was cracked within 24 hours I think it was, with most of the modchip makers having a solution within a week. D2CKey already bypassed the protection out of the box. so the mod chip makers are on top of the game as it is right now.

Just hope that Nintendo won't start banning the users, like Microsoft did ...
