when i dowgrade my 3ds, accidentally actualize to a 10.7..
now my old 3ds have 10.7
he can downgrading?

Old 3DS can not use Smash Hax.

You can get OOT3DS and powersaves for oot3dshax. That's probably the cheapest option.
