Okay so i named it snd_se_Marth and it worked but it makes this ear bleeding static sound when it plays and when marth does attacks

you dont put that on your 3ds you use that program to import models but you need to alot of work to do it I dont know how to do it yet but smb123w64gb said he will release a tutorial soon
