No matter how hard I've tried, I can't find CSPs for these Lucina skins. When I have more time, I'll be able to create these CSPs.

If it helps, there's the one I requested (The ExTreme Lucina Skin which is the blue, green, and black one.) on page 31 with the file titled "smash.rar". Although it has the Mr. L CSP along with it as well so there's that.

Yeah, it's a texture edit so we can do that. However, we can't do full on stage editing yet. It's being worked on though
