Hey so I have a problem with my texture edit it takes a while for the game to load with it,like when I installed other mods I had fast loading times,so my question is do I have to delete a file or something?Because when I finish it I don't want people to have a long loading time after installing it.

i fucking give up with that, i don't want to waste my internet with 3dsmax, can you do sonic saturn for me? XD
You ca at least give someone the files and let them do the export for you.

Clear your SaltySD folder and put only your texture mod in there. I had this issue on nude Palutena before and I fixed it by clearing the entire smash folder.

i need to do that thing with the texture, but i still need to see how to do it on blender

So I wanna try model importing.
I want to start with marth since I rarely see any imports over him or other sword characters.
So I get my model, and I'm kinda stuck. I got to the point where I attach the model, but now I don't know what to do in terms of how do I start rigging and make sure the bones work and all as in whenever I rig, my models hands or feet never stretch out when I move a certain body part and instead they just detach from the body.
