You load mods with SaltySD. Your 3DS needs to have A9LH installed or be on version 9.2 or below to run it.

No it isn't just roy, he was just the latest character we've completed. All characters are effected by higher gravity, much more hitstun, dash dancing, chain grabs and nobody can grab the ledge while facing backwards just like melee. We were also planning to do things with taunts, but only looked at toon link's sword swing, which unfortunately is one of the only taunts that you cannot add hitboxes to.

It's exactly what I thought, shame we can't. BUT I might be able to work something out for it in the near future.

Yep, we all know.
Luma3DS needs you to install SaltySD actually, put SaltySD code.bins into code_sections and have mods on the SD. (or just use smash-selector)

Yeah I know how to use Salty SD and Smash Slector, but when I download the Neos files, all I get are kynefn.001 and leytqe.002 files. I cannot Extract them in 7Zip, I have tried renaming them to Neos.001 and Neos.002. Maybe I have a corrupt download? I have retried a few times... Could you possibly upload it anywhere?

Did you right click the renamed Neos.001 and open in 7zip?

Try the download without the soundtrack them.

I've got a bit of an issue. After loading Neos through Smash Selector, and going into Solo Smash, the game crashes when I try to leave the character selection screen. The one where you hold B to go back? After that, it crashes on the loading screen. Any idea how to fix this?

Try deleting then recopying the files, mine doesn't do that. Something might have corrupted on your end.

I have a lot of blank skins and when I select one I keep getting the stock skin of a character. Also whenever I finish a match I get a new challenger screen with a blank and it is always mario I have to fight.

Turns out it did get corrupted; it started crashing after on title screen load. Used the JKSM fix and now it's all good.

Yeah that's what I use for turbo and the unnamed project. They work fine
