Hacking small idea...

Yo,

since NTR (Nitro) was used for the DS
and appearently the code for the 3DS is CTR
which comes from their development tool called Partner-CTR, check on google,
it's a company that has dev tools for 3ds and other stuff, that's why you see
everywhere CTR.

anyway, i was wondering if someone would somehow get that CTR dev tool,
could they maybe discover new things about the way the 3ds works, cause
every dev tool has documentation... so i don't know, what do you think?

if you're not sure about an idea and won't do anything but speculate.
sometimes, it's better to leave the thinking and hacking to those who knows how.

however, you can start looking for it now and give it to people who can make use of them.
