I am currently dumping Smash 4 and over the day the speed has steadily gone down. I did this when I first woke up, and it was roughly at 300 kb/s and now I'm about to goto sleep and its at 125 kb/s. The Wii is quite far from my router, but that doesnt explain why its so consistently going down.
As a side question, if I stop the dump (CTRL + C) and reopen the bat file I made for it, will it pickup where it left off?
