Gaming Sleep Mode Semi-Brick?

The other day I was playing Pokémon Omega Ruby, and I shut my n3DS XL for the night. To my surprise it had crashed while it was sleeping, so I did the logical thing and rebooted the console. To my dismay, it did not boot. Fourtuantly A9LH still works, so there has to be a way to fix it. I have tried to use reiNAND, AuReiNand, restoring the two backups I had and using a blank SD card. Is there any way I can fix this?

I can not, hence the brick.

It started working, then I switched to the old card and everything is back! Just need to unwrap all the apps and sort them again!

Nope, the A9LH payload always works.

If it's a cart, try cleaning it
I had a White 2 that crashes, and a little clean of the connectors fixed it

It's installed, and it's killing the entire system when it happens. No idea how or why. :-/

Looks like it's not quite as easy as the non-xl, but follow as far as step 9, and you can get to the connector for the ribbon cable.
