Do you have the same amount of chance of getting banned if you use a sky3ds+ as if you use a Cfw and a cia file?

Well, with .3ds roms and .cias - .3ds roms need a private header to go online which I'm sure you know than a public header which would cause a ban..

Well, with .cias I've heard no, the chances are less likely as you follow the 3 main rules of not blantantly cheating online etc etc.

No, worst case scenario you get a specific game banned because of using a wrong header, but as long as you don't play online with sky3ds+ you shouldn't have any ban-related issues

You're better off with custom firmware. It's much cheaper and much less riskier.

Not a bad deal, combine it with a 128 microSD card and you have way more space to use for games rather than using only the SD card

sky3ds+ users have not been affected from the last ban wave. it's recognized like an original cartridge and as long as you use a private header you're ok.
