Hi there, sorry for newbie questions but wanted to know the following:

- i know that sky3ds doesn't support eshop but can I buy eshop games and play without any worry to be banned ?

-If I choose the game using blue button on sky3ds does the card remember my choice or will I have to cycle through games(lets say I have 10) everytime I want to play desired one?

- is it possible to get banned on sky3ds when connected to wifi?

It will remmeber you last played game but you have to cycle to the next game to save properly. Why not get Sky3ds+ orange edition?

I got to ask about the private header. Is it possible to use same privateheader for multiple games on the same cartridge?

Yes you can use private header on multiple games. I use a Jap header on my US 3ds and it is not region locked. Just make sure you are the only one using it. Banned only last 14 days.

Meaning I still have to cycle through all to get to the same game in order to save properly? I already bought sky3ds without knowing the new + release. I assume this is not the issue on new + release?

Yes you have to cycle game to save your game. The new + release has two button, back and forth button and it can play new AP check games, also firmware updatable.

Got a Powersave. So I can just dump one of the games I hardly use.

Does it also apply to when I put my 3ds into stand by? Lets say I play the game and close 3ds, will It save progress when returning and playing the game? Many thanks for all your help mate.

Another maybe dumb question. The console gets banned if you play online right? If you take the header of a singleplayer game only, you should be more safe incase a friend/spause/dog/cat happen to play the game on another console at the same time?

Yeah but they're saying if they take the header from a strictly single-player game, then other family members can play the actual retail cartridge they took the header from without really risking a ban.

Yeah, Pingouin7 said it alot better than me. I do understand if Nintendo however scans the game inserted since it might have software updates, and it that way ban the console.
