Hacking Sky3DS BlueButton - 3DS Firmware still updateable?

Hi Guys,
I have not used my New3ds a few months. Now I use it again.
I have a sky3ds card (blue button) and I am on the V11.0.0-33E firmware. Can I update the firmware? Or does Sky3DS (Blue Button) not work with the latest firmware?

I wouldn't reccomend updating, if you have a dsiware game then you should nfirm downgrade to 9.2, then Install a cfw.

To answer your question though, yes it does, but pokemon SuMo isn't supported on any sky3ds atm
