Hacking Sky3DS and corrupted saves

I have a problem with my red button sky3DS...
I used the crack tool to convert all games to EEPROM NO.

I can save with no problem but today, I added a new game to the micro SD card and now, all my saves are corrupted and deleted when I launch the game...

Even if I restore the game & save, I'll be deleted next time I'll try to load it...

Is there any solution to avoid corrupted saves?
