Hiya,
I just managed to edit Sky Rouges Save File! Its quite simple actually.
All you need to do is dump your save file and then open the folder where the dump was made. You can look through the files using any text editor.
Below is a screenshot of extra Tech and money for Upgrades. I also put the game into Day 999 and called it Operation Edit Save (can be seen at the top).
