    is there a way i can skip the warning msg every time i turn the wii on

    Install priiloader and use the skip health warning screen hack.

    Another way is StartPatch with the "Auto-Press A At Health Screen" function:

    does it work on 3.1 firmware reading the link it says 4.0, 4.1, 4.2 at the top
    then at the bottom has system menu 4.0, 4.1, 4.2 and 3.2

    No, it didn't work with 3.1, possible starfall can help you.

    But also you can update your Wii. [​IMG]

    No, starfall only works on 3.2. You need to update you wii.

    you could still install preloader however there will be no Hacks.ini to use with the system. the newer versions of preloader will work with all system menu versions from what I recall.
