I'm having a weird issue with some of the themes I downloaded today. The calendar and clock aren't showing up on some of them. Below are the themes I'm having the problem with:

I'm running AKAIO 1.6 RC-2 due to 1.7 not working on my cart (ya I don't get it either). Can anyone with 1.7 working on their Ak2i test these themes/skins and see if they have the same problem. Would greatly appreciate it.

Every Acekard skin on NDSThemes has instructions how to make the clock and calendar work properly. Open your eyes.

The files: clock_colon.bmp, clock_numbers.bmp, day_numbers.bmp, year_numbers.bmp will need to be place into a folder named "calendar" within the skin's folder. Take notice of the spelling of "calendar", as it's easily misspelt.

Cocky much? I did read the instructions and it didn't work. tk_saturn was right (again as he was right about why 1.7 wasnt working on my cart) ; I misspelled calendar. Simple mistake.

One random querstion: Why aren't those files in the correct folder anyway? Is it a change in the folder structure of skins in the newer firmware releases?

If you download them from the Acekard site, then have the folder structure intact. I've no idea why NDSthemes have them packaged in that way.

Now that I don't know. Surely it would be less trouble all round if they just set it up correctly at their end.
