Everyone should upload/link their skins from now on. That way no one has to ask everytime they want something.
I would also say to link their Icons/Lettering/Backgrounds in case the downloader would like to alter somethng for their own personal taste. If they so should use the stuff and post it... then give credit to the author. This is how it was done in the begnning for the PSP... and look how that one thrived.
