Warner Bros has discontinued production of the Two and a Half Men sitcom, citing the behaviour and remarks of series star Charlie Sheen.

"Based on the totality of Charlie Sheen's statements, conduct and condition, CBS and Warner Bros. Television have decided to discontinue production of Two and a Half Men for the remainder of the season," the statement said.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the move comes after Sheen ranted about the show's creator Chuck Lorre in a radio podcast.

Noooooooooo...One of my favorite sitcoms. :C

SO SAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My vote is that it's canceled temporarily. Like hell CBS would just drop their highest paying sitcom like that!!

Some sources say that only season 8 is canceled. (HOPES)

Looks like it won't be cancelled permanently.

Yeah, it's probably only season 8

They should just cancel it. His brother has been bludging off him for too long anyway.

So they're pretty much grounding him because of whatever he said, isn't it not fair to the other people on the show to condemn it for the rest of the season because of whatever he said?

It's because of his "statements, conduct and condition," meaning the drugs, the alcohol, the physical assault charges and all the jailtime.

Never watched it except for the odd time when it was on during a Hockey intermission. Don't really care, but my parents will. They watch that show every night.
