Hacking Single Rom Loading Help?

I'm trying to make one of those Single Rom Loading VC Channels for Snatcher and no matter what I do I cant get it to work. I'm following this guys tutorial http://darkumbra.net/topic/30448-wi...gen-and-ms-vcish-channels-single-rom-loading/ and all that happens when I boot up the channel is that it opens on the GenPlus warning screen and nothing else

Help?
