Misc Single NNID Transfer?

So I called Nintendo gave them some info such as my new Wii U serial and my NNID so I could just transfer that and not all the other ones on the device. Has anyone done this before? If so what where the steps after you got the email? I'm curious.. I still have yet to get my email.

If you told them to transfer only that one, all you need to do is delete the user from the old Wii U and wait. It took them 5 days for them to move my ID over from my brother's Wii U. They said that my move failed for some reason, and they would try again when I called again on the 5th day. They sent an email 3 minutes later telling how to relink, and I could finally link my ID to my own Wii U. You might need to call in again and ask what's going on if it takes more than a day.
