Homebrew Simple TUI skeleton/template

I want a simple skeleton for a basic TUI with menus and options that will bring up a conformation screen and when you press a button it will either do the action or not and then send you back to the main menu.

I think I did something like that on the DS but it's not hard, why can't you try doing it yourself?
