Hacking Simple Question about the cIOS

Ok, first off, I'm running the wonderful 3.2U firmware.
To avoid any accidental future updating, I installed the IOS51 with Shop Channel update.

Then I spontaneously decide to install WiiGator's Backup Launcher IOS.

Question is, do these two overwrite? Will the IOS51 be overwritten by BL cIOS? Will it cause any threats if an accidental update were to ever occur?

I must admit, even though I keep close tabs on the homebrew scene, I'm a bit out of the loop when it comes to the cIOS, despite its recent uprising popularity.

They're separate IOSes; they won't overwrite.

That's why the IOS's have numbers: they are different and all are kept on the Wii at the same time.
