Homebrew Simple question about 10.3.0.27E

Hello everyone , first of all i apologize for my bad english.

So i have two New 3DS XL (Hyrule Edition I don't think that will be useful to the presize, but im a noob) :

So i checked the forum and many other site and i know for my second N3DS XL (11.0.0-33E) the only possiblity to get homebrew its to buy cubicninja , smashbros & other games ...
I saw in youtube a video about "Browerhax" and this is very very simple.

But i have some question:

-Is that work on New 3DS XL?

-Does i have to use 10.3.0-28E ? (because i don't found my version on the website proposed in the video/tutorial)

i think its done with my question . This is the first time i try this because i really need to use PokeHEX.

10.3.0-27E..., well you can try BrowserHax with first enabling TubeHax DNS to prevent the update nag, if you already have the update nag then set the date to January 1, 2000. Use Browserhax normally I don"t see why it isn"t going to work, then install MenuHax from BrowserHax. But don"t update your console and also if you are going to downgrade it don"t downgrade it yer, did 10.3.0-27E was the Firmware the console came from factory?

10.3 was one of the last firmwares for being able to use browserhax and menuhax for entrypoints. You probably updated via a cartridge on that ds though so the next bit of information may not be aplicable, but still... Before the page of a9lh worshiping appears, if the only thing you want to do is edit pokemon save files/inject pokemon, download the starter pack for homebrew from http://smealum.github.io/ninjhax2/starter.zip and read this page http://yls8.mtheall.com/3dsbrowserhax.php to setup browserhax, if this fails because you installed a dummy browser from a cart update, you must find another entrypoint on that ds (orashax should be here soon afaik, so if you have omega ruby or alpha sapphire, you can use that to setup homebrew). Since you are on a low enough firmware however, you have the option to downgrade your 3ds, and setup cfw, which allows you to install games, emulators, etc. to your ds and you can bypass the reliance on homebrew for most things. https://github.com/Plailect/Guide/wiki/Part-1-(Homebrew) read this guide to part 3 if you are interested in that. You may need to find a different entrypoint than browserhax however. There is no need to go all the way with a9lh, but if you are interested, and brave enough, you can go for that.

When you use a non updated browser it will prompt to you to update the console, you can bypass it with set the date to January 1, 2000 and delete data. But if you didn"t receive it yet use TubeHax DNS in your Internet Settings to prevent it to appear.
If you only want to use PKHex download the last starter pack from smea page and run BrowserHax trought QR Code with TubeHax DNS enabled, you also can downgrade if you want to use CFW, if you don"t want to use CFW you can use ctr-httpwn to use Online services.
Also, did the console was new or used?

I don't have update nags and when i turn on the consol the first time i set time 1/1/2000 like in the video i see

If you bought it new, can you PM me?, I want to have a little of information of the console if is new since I didn"t see a 10.3.0-27 console.

Thanks so much , yes this guide is very well translated , i read it before but this guide don't talk about browserhaxi think =x

EDIT: okey sorry my bad , this is guide is for homebrew and if we have a version before 10.5 we have explanation without using any games (cubicninja & othergames)

I think they are different apps but with the same purpose
