when I run signcheck I see that many of my IOS's have the trucha bug disabled.. can I reinstall them with the trucha bug enabled? Also most have USB tree disabled as well.. so I am thinking I can't get to my usb drive on these. can I enable usb on IOS's?

    I'm running 4.1

    Thanks for any advice

you don't need to re-install all IOS with trucha enabled. The only time you should is if you need to play disc backups through the disc channel (in that case, you can use cIOSCORP)

The USB2.0 thing isn't needed either, since only IOS202,222,223,249 and 250 really use them.
And these IOS will have it enabled if you install them

I got cIOSCORP and the xml file says to be sure to have 3.2 running.. Since I have 4.1 I have not tried it yet.. Does it work with 4.1?

    Thanks,

I found that I had an old version so I got v3.6 and it installed fine. But I see that IOS 222 and 223 still show the USB Tree as disabled. I've heard that they both support USB so can anyone confirm?

    Thanks,

    -Jeff

What I can see from that signCheck:

    1) You don't have cIOSCORP (which you don't need)
    2) You probably have System menu 4.2
    3) You have all cIOS needed for Disc and USB backups (although you have wanins rev16, and rev14 is better for disc backups)

So yeah, its good for backups
Just the rev14 is better than rev16 for disc backups but thats all

    Hello,

I am new to this forum and have a question about SignCheck 0.3b, my system menu on my Wii is 4.2e

    (see output below)

I have the hbc installed and can install all sorts of applications. I can not change the region-code of my Wii or play dvd's (video)/ cd's (music) or load wad's.

How do i get these done?

btw is there a list of current (newest) IOS (cIOS) versions with explanation (which is which, which should be signed, which is in 4.2 versus 4.1, which is not needed and so on)?
