For a long time I haven't had my Wii anymore, but now I have a good PC and a Nintendo Switch. So I've been playing a lot of GameCube, Wii, and Wii U games via Moonlight on my Switch. When I had my Wii, it was possible to play Mario Kart GP via Nintendont. I tried to play it through Dolphin, and I found out it's a mess to set up—even though I managed to run the game, configuring the controls is a foot in the ass. I heard that there are Virtual Consoles made for the Wii U, and I discovered that Cemu kind of manages to run Virtual Console. Even though Mario Kart GP shows up in my list of titles, when I launch the game, I only get a black screen. So I have a few questions:
- Is compatibility with Virtual Consoles limited?
- Do I need a special key in my keys.txt to run a Virtual Console?
- Or am I trying to run such a horrible game to emulate that Cemu is never going to run it?
