Should I switch into Computer Programming?

I'm not really doing in my program right now and considering switching. Plus, I really want to get away from art because it's WAY too competitive and the people focusing on animation or w/e will have a better chance than me to get in a studio.

What do you think?

Hmm.. well your little profile flag says you are living in canada. I live in the united states and im a major in computer sciences which is mostly computer programming. I told my friend who was applying to a college to try to major in computer sciences.

the college accepted him right away, Ha.

if you can think of problems thoroughly and find many ways to solve them, then programming will be an easy job.
