Hacking Should i keep my New 3DS version 10.5

I have a new 3ds that im not using, its on firmware 10.5.

Should i sell it or is there a possibility that it might get hacked this year?

I'm not interested in buying a sky3ds.

Yeah 10.5 is downgradable so you can go to 9.2 and run exploits there or you can go to 9.2 > 2.1 and obtain your OTP and run A9LH (Check the link Kyojin posted for this).

I actually just downgraded mine a few minutes ago from version 10.5 back to 9.1

al9h is an option but the op can simply use the guide to downgrade and not go through with al9h if he chooses

To get CFW setup, you still need to downgrade to 9.2, from there, it's a choice of whether one wants to go the A9LH route or the menuhax+rednand//emunad route.

The biggest risk you take, is the initial downgrade. After that, any A9LH bricks are user error. That's why it's recommend to do a system format prior to downgrade.

im not referring to instability but to user error because lets face it that is the cause of most bricks. . .
