i found a broken ps3 80gb(the disk reader doesn't work) on ebay for 15 euros + 15 euros shipping for italy, since i could repair it for 40 euros should i get one,i'm intching to get a ps3 since my older bro doesn't live here anymore and took his ps3 with him

I think you should just buy a new ps3 altogehter..because you don't know how worn out the power housing err whatever is

of course, i already have one because of psp, besides i had to buy my 250 euros 3ds by myself (and i was 13, it was hard to gather all the munnyz)
