I just found out about the discontinuation of them. My local bestbuy is selling them for $150. Now I was planning on buying a nook color and rooting it. Should I get the HP instead? Also does it run emulators? Like nes. snes, sega genesis, N64, ect. This is a major point of me purchasing one. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The TouchPad isn't even an Android device...this belongs more in Computer Systems, I think.

everybody is sold out anyway
tons of people bought them trying to resell for like $300 on ebay and such
and touchpad is a webos device not android

I'm pretty sure there are a few emulators at least for Web OS. If not in the official App Catalog, in Preware, the Homebrew App Catalog (which required very little hacking and was actually semi-supported by Palm and in turn HP). And I personally would definitely buy one at that price (I assume thats the 32GB one?), but nowhere in the UK seems to have reduced them
