Well I just bought a new R4 (original) from there (as mine stopped working) and I chose $1 shipping because everyone said it would allow tracking and now I find out it says tracking unavailable so did I pay an extra dollar for nothing or what cause it says I could use free shipping?? oh and will I still receive my r4 even though I can't track it?

I think you might be mistaken.
Adding $1 to free shipping just guarantees that you receive all of the packaging of your order.
You need to order Hong-Kong registered airmail to get tracking on your order, which costs about $2.50
