Several questions:
1. IF I semi-bricked my Wii from using the cIOS downgrader by downgrading to the wrong version of the firmware, then can I reload the cIOS downgrader and downgrade to the correct version of the firmware to fix it, since only the system settings section is semi-bricked?
2. I heard that the backup launcher and the Wii HTTP disc dumper (or something similar that uses WiFi to dump wii discs) both use cIOS 249. Can I just install it once to use it on both apps?
3. Can I install more than one cIOS/IOS?
4. What's the difference between IOS downgrader and cIOS downgrader?
