Set Date & Time boot deactivate

Is there a way, on the homebrew scene, to deactivate that PSTV screen? I like to turn off the system fully (even on AC).

I thought maybe there is a plugin, or some field on the registry to edit, or even an app like "Featured" that can be removed.

Don't think there is one exist.

I doubt this exists, but there's a registry editor that may have such an option. Look up on devwiki if you don't know what a function does.
