This is a small utility made by TuxSH to dump .code files from most services. It was posted on his twitter a few hours ago.

This dumps services, not apps. Useful for devs only.

Speaking of useful, I've recompiled it so it'll try to dump new and old 3ds. As it is, the official release only attempts old 3ds.
