Hacking Sega CD not running on retroarch

Hey!

I got my SD card all loaded up and put the bios file with my Sega CD games but I keep getting an error that the game won't boot. Is there a specific destination I should place bios files or is there a specific emulator I should be using within retroarch.

Yes.Put the Bios in the system folder.Picodrive and Genesis GX Plus are both fine,it is possible the Genesis GX works only with specific bios.

You need to have specifc Bios and name them accordingly.

Why can't I even start Shining Force CD on my PC using the RetroArch Emulator? It says "Could not read content file".
