How do I install The loader SDUSB-Loader_cfg36d properly. The only way I can run it right now is by using Load Mii app. I tried coping it to the root of the sd card and running REV 10 but I don't think its installing. Can someone push me in the right direction to installing this THANKS.

Do you have The Homebrew Channel installed? I installed cIOSes and it worked properly. You just rename it to boot.dol on your computer with a SD card. On your Wii, launch The Homebrew Channel, select your USB loader, done!

I do have The Home Brewchannel installed. I put the "SDUSB-Loader_cfg36d.dol" http://gbatemp.net/index.php?showtopic=148759 on the root of the SD card then ran cios36 rev 10 http://gbatemp.net/index.php?download=6432
I then tried renaming "SDUSB-Loader_cfg36d.dol" to "boot.dol". still no luck. there is no options to choose a usb loader.
Im not sure what cIOSes is or where to download it I din't see it in the download section. I'm new to all this.

Even IF you would be new, you could have figured out that this belongs to the "Backup-Section". For the next time...

Now, I would say:

cIOS rev14: http://www.teknoconsolas.es/blogs/waninkoko
Newest Loader: http://sharebee.com/787988eb
Homebrewchannel Installer: http://bootmii.org/download/
Bannerbomb: http://www.wiibrew.org/wiki/Bannerbomb

-Install Homebrewchannel via Bannerbomb (I recommend it, realy!!!)
-Make /apps/*Foldernames*/boot.dol
-Install cIOS rev14
-Load the Loader.

That sould work for shure.
