Hacking SDK devkit tools

Hi guys I need some help finding this because I can't recruit villager on my bravely default it's giving me an error 033 0399. As I read on some forums they said that I need to install sdk devkit to change my EULA into Ff ff but i can't find it on the web even on the Iso site please help me fimd or someone message me a link where I can download it thank you

We can't help you I'm afraid, it's illegal to share anything from Nintendo's SDK.

I'd suggest you rummage through @Reisyukaku's trash, there are lots of goodies in his paste bin

I found config.cia together with devmenu to his pastebin account. Is this the one I am looking for to change my eula settings??

Yeah, that's it.

Change the EULA settings to FF.FF, then press the power button to trigger a reboot (you can't exit via the home button).
